We're Scott and Vaida, the co-founders of Conscious Fit Coaches. We're husband and wife. We do this work together. And we've spent the last decade specializing in one thing: helping plant-based women over 40 finally release the weight, sustainably, without diets, restrictions, or punishment.
On paper us and our team have the right credentials. Certified vegan nutritionists. Naturopathy. Advanced life coaching. 200-hour yoga and meditation teacher training. Over 10 years coaching women in gyms, in studios, and online. Scott ran a gym in Marbella. Vaida worked as a personal trainer, taught yoga and dance across London and Lithuania.
But for years we were watching the same pattern in our clients. Women who were doing everything 'right.' Cleaning up their plates. Showing up to workouts. Dieting, restricting, white-knuckling. Everything shifted when we started bringing the inner work into the coaching. Shadow mapping. Self-worth repair. Nervous system regulation. The somatic and spiritual work we had each done personally, Scott walking away from alcohol over 10 years ago, Vaida going through deep work around sacred femininity in her yoga training, became the foundation of how we coached. The Conscious Reset Method emerged from those years. Hundreds of women have used it since.
